Supriti Singh is a Weight Management Specialist with more than 20
years experience as a health expert.
She is an IHM – Mumbai trained chef, ACSM and ACE certified health
and lifestyle expert, and top health interventionist.
Over 2000 people around the globe have transformed their bodies
and their lives with her help, and her weight management programs
have been successful in changing people’s perception of food and
their bodies.
Her role as a fitness expert gave her access to world-renowned
experts in health, fitness, diet, nutrition, metabolism, leaky gut,
hormone balance, and metabolic disease.
What she discovered changed the course of her life and set her on a
mission to help others to uncover the truth about weight loss, and the
secret to living a happier, fuller, healthier life.
She started her career with the Taj and Holiday Inn as a trainee chef,
meanwhile staring out as a Group Fitness Trainer with the “Terence
Lewis Academy”.
She was also one of the core contemporary dancers in the company,
so these two usually contrasting passions – food and fitness – became
a firm foundation for her career as a Culinary Nutritionist.
A passionate artist and creator, her creativity shows up in both her
approach towards life, and her food and nutrition through unique
“Creative-Wellness” programs. These programs combine food and
physical exercise with creativity and artistic expression; and provide
a holistic wellness experience. They help clients improve their lives
by building confidence, creating a balanced life, and providing
systems for de-stressing and rest.
By applying the principles in these programs, many of Supriti’s
clients have experienced miraculous health transformations where
they had previously been painfully stuck.
