Studies have shown that drinking water naturally boosts your metabolism, and drinking fruit infused water for weight loss can be an easy way to increase your water intake. This simple detox water recipe is inexpensive, has almost zero calories, and tastes great too!

Ingredients:

2 liters filtered water

1 or 2 cucumbers, sliced

1 lime, sliced

Thumb sized piece of ginger, grated

Handful of mint leaves

Method:

Fill the water in glass bottles or jars (don’t use plastic)

Add all the remaining ingredients to the water in equal proportions

Leave the water to infuse overnight, and drink all the next day.
