DYNAMITE GREEN CHUTNEY
1 handful Corriander
10-12 mint leaves
2-3 green chillies (spicier the better, so increase if you want)
4-5 garlic cloves
1 thumbsize piece ginger
1 teaspoon aamchur
Blend all these together into a chutney. This will keep in the fridge for 4-5 days, if you don’t add lime or water.
For a dip or marinade, mix a teaspoon of this chutney into some curd – adjust according to taste.
